Country Neighbors Memory Care is for individuals who may experience memory loss due to Alzheimer's Disease or another cognitive disabling condition. Our purpose is to provide everyday experiences that give meaning and value to a resident’s past and purpose to the present.

We offer a caring home-like environment for individuals to live with controlled access. We provide our residents with meaningful daily activities to enhance their lives by acknowledging their unique needs and desires. We understand that memory loss alters an individual's life if in a significant way, however, this does mot mean that his/her quality of life has to be compromised. The following services and amenities are included in the Memory Care Suites Monthly Fee:

• Dressing & grooming assistance as-needed
• Toileting assistance as-needed
• Comfort checks
• Escorts
• Transfer assistance (1-person standby assist)
